Hair Xclusive in Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, work with us through our Apprenticeship programme. The programme has produced some significant benefits for the company, here Tony from Hair Xclusive explains,
“Apprenticeships work for our business because they allow our junior employees to gain a fully recognised qualification and practical training at college and gain first hand experience of a working environment within our salon. Apprenticeship training wages help us financially, allowing us to offer several young people opportunities to study towards an Apprenticeship on an annual basis. It is great for us to be involved in a young person’s training right from the beginning. Our Apprentices are also given the opportunity to study towards their Advanced Apprenticeship on completion of their Level 2 Apprenticeship allowing them to progress with their skills even further and our young employees’ value this opportunity.”
