Meet the Team
It’s all change within the Business Training Services team
at Peterborough Regional College. Four new roles have
recently been filled by the Director of Employer
Engagement (Phil Young), and three Key Account
Managers (Sarah Mitchell, Clare Welford and Paul Kime).
The key focus for the new team is Employer Engagement and to respond to the needs of the business quickly. They provide the vital link between employers and the curriculum areas within the College and, as they all have experience in the business world, they can fully understand the needs of the employer.
The team is able to discuss the training requirements of the company and as they have access to a number of different funding options, they can confirm whether there will be any costs incurred by the employer. These options include Train to Gain, Skills for Life and European Social Funds which enable you to up skill your workforce with either a minimal or no cost involved.
